At 11:25 p.m. Beijing time (6:25 p.m. Israel local time) on September 1, 2021, Israel Haifa Bayport officially opened,it is an automated container port invested and constructed overseas by Shanghai port group and with operation rights. This is the first new Wharf in 60 years in Israel, and it is also the first time that Chinese enterprises export advanced technology and management experience of "smart port" to other developed countries. Haifa port project is also a landmark project along the "one belt and one road".
